■PITCH2TOKYOとは？
Pitch2Tokyoは、Venture Caféコミュニティやその枠を超え、世界中のイノベーターをつなぐグローバル・ピッチコンペティションです。単なるコンテストではなく、私たちのエコシステムが持つ多様性や創造性、そして強さを国際舞台で発信するためのプラットフォームでもあります。

今回は、Global Gathering 2026の全体テーマ「Collective Impact（集合的インパクト）」を背景に、個々のアイデアが国境を越えて共通の目標につながる姿を体現します。

本大会は2026年2月19日、東京で開催されるGlobal Gathering内で実施されます。Venture Caféコミュニティはもちろん、世界各地のイノベーションネットワークからも参加者が集います。
昨年は17社のスタートアップが登壇し、その多くはVCGI拠点から選出されました。今年はさらにスケールアップし、東京でのファイナルに20社を迎えることを目指しています。

各ピッチは「勝利のための挑戦」にとどまらず、「世界をつなぐ架け橋を築き、協働を生み出し、地域を代表して東京の舞台に立つ」大切な機会。
コミュニティの「創造力・挑戦心・可能性」を映し出す”窓”となり、全体としてGlobal Gatheringならではの「Collective Impact」を示します。

80カ国以上のイノベーター、投資家、リーダーの前でピッチ！

・権威と実績：CIC Global Prizeへの挑戦（過去受賞例：Primetaz［ケンブリッジ、2025年］）。

■ 出場資格
下記の条件を満たし、「イノベーションとインパクトに向けた共通のアジェンダ」に沿った取り組みを行っている方であれば、どなたでもご参加いただけます！
・地域でのピッチ： NAGOYA Roundに参加できること（12月12日開催）
・決勝大会への参加： 地域の代表として選出された場合、2026年2月19日(木)に東京で開催される Global Gathering 及びPitch2Tokyo決勝大会に参加できること。

■What is “Pitch2Tokyo”？

Pitch2Tokyo is a global pitch competition uniting innovators from Venture Café communities and beyond.

More than a contest, it’s a platform to showcase the diversity, ingenuity, and strength of our ecosystems on an international stage.

Framed around our overall programming, “Collective Impact,” Pitch2Tokyo demonstrates how individual ideas connect to shared goals across borders.Each pitch offers more than the chance to win, it’s an opportunity to build global bridges, spark collaboration, and represent your local community on Tokyo’s stage.
This edition will take place on February 19th, 2026, at Global Gathering in Tokyo, bringing together participants from both Venture Café communities and other innovation networks.

Pitch2Tokyo showcased the diversity and strength of our community with 17 startups last year, many from our VCGI locations. This year, we’re aiming even higher, targeting 20 startups at the Finals in Tokyo.
Each pitch is a window into our community’s creativity, grit, and potential—and together, they demonstrate the collective impact that makes Global Gathering unique.

■At the Pitch2Tokyo Finals in Tokyo (Global Gathering, February 2026)

・Global exposure: Pitching in front of an international audience of innovators, investors,and ecosystem leaders from 80+ countries.
・Access to opportunity: Build relationships with potential funders, partners, and collaborators.
・Prestige: Compete for the CIC Global Prize, joining the ranks of past winners like Primetaz (Cambridge, 2025).
・Representation: Carry your city’s banner onto the world stage, showcasing your community’s creativity and innovation.

■Who is Eligible to Participate?

Pitch2Tokyo is open to anyone whose work aligns with our common agenda for innovation and impact. We welcome founders and innovators from across industries and geographies, inside and outside of the Venture Café ecosystem who share our vision for collective impact.
To be eligible

・Pitch locally: You must be able to participate in NAGOYA Round(Dec 12).
・Travel globally: If selected as your city’s finalist, you must be able and willing to travel to Tokyo for Global Gathering during the week of February 16th, 2026.

■Pitch format

Time: 5 minutes
Slides: Unlimited
Presentation Method: Entirely in English, conducted on-site at the regional round venue (Online participation is generally not permitted)
